This is our big rib-eye – a pure juicy steak, with nice marbling that melts into the meat when cooked. It is similar to a rib steak but has no bone. It’s also called Delmonico, Spencer, Entrecôte, or boneless rib steak.
The approximate size per package is 600 grams with one rib eye per package.
The prices listed are based on the approximate average weight of each product. We aim to maintain all our packages within 10% of the listed price.
BEST USES:
Season well, and coat it with your favourite oil, and let it come to room temperature before cooking. It pairs well with a mushroom sauce or pepper sauce, and any traditional steak sides, like French fries or baked potato.
