As heavenly as a lovely Miami day, these thinly sliced ribs are cut from the plate flunken. They’ll surely get your endorphins popping. They are ideal for cooking in the oven, or on the barbeque.

BEST USES:

Also called short ribs or spare ribs, just ramp it up with a rub of brown sugar, honey, and soya sauce, and place them in a baking dish covered with foil, to get soft, fall off the bone ribs. Nosh on its own, or in a meal alongside Asian noodles, French fries, mashed potatoes, or rice.
